How to you make your sachasin between your blocks match when you have the solid long piece between then
Connie, this is a client’s quilt. I did not piece it. BUT when using sashing I often L piece each block. Here is a short tutorial I found –
You don’t have to use the corner square. You can just cut that sashing piece longer to fit the block.
Yes, you do have more seams in the sashing this way, but I find the blocks line up much better.

This was a client’s quilt so I do not have the pattern info. If you do a Google image search for daisy quilt patters you will probably find it

Call, this is a Missori Star quilt, called Wallflower quilt, this quilter added the stem and center to make it even cuter.
