Saturday we had a longarm meeting at Jamie Wallen’s…lots of new people. It was a big group for us! Nancy H and Margaret came all the way across the state!
We had terrific show and tell, covered how to use the Towa (now I have to order one of those!) and came up with subjects for our next meeting…in March.
Maris came to the meeting with me. Since it is in Kalamazoo we figured we could take Aub out to dinner afterwards…she brought a friend and we had a good visit.
On Sunday I did bookkeeping and gathered my tax stuff. I filled out the form for the CPA and got everything together except stuff I am still waiting for from the state of Michigan…
Went to see gramma. Hospice says 2 to 8 weeks. She was sleeping when we got there and a little confused when she woke up, but after a few minutes we had a nice talk…I will go up again later this week. Her birthday is February 4th. She will be 91.
On the quilting front I did 4 quilts last week. One particularly stressful one where the client wanted “over the top” quilting AND contrasting thread…no pressure…She loved it when she picked it up, but I still want to take out one part and do it over. She took it home anyway. I told her to think about it and bring it back if she changed her mind.
Some of last week’s work:

Your work is just beautiful, as usual!
Just beautiful Terri! Of course she loved it.
Gorgeous!!
Beautiful quilting!
I love your quilting style! Sorry I missed the meeting. I’ll be at the next one for sure!
Terri – I love your quilting. Very cool geese desing and how you travel to next. Ingenious.
/ramona,
The first time I saw that design for the flying geese was on one of Carla Barrett’s quilts. I stored it away in my design book for future reference.
Your quilting is beautiful!
Lovely swirls!
I always enjoy our trips to the west side.
Your quilt turned out great & I sure hope it gets put on your picasa album so I can go back & see it again & again.
Thank you for bringing the fabric too.
Beautiful, Terri!
Terri, this is just gorgeous! Wish it were mine!
Wow that is just beautiful!
